6yo Child: I don't feel good.
Mother: Oh no! What's wrong?
6yo Child: I have a sore throat and I can't sleep.
Mother: Oh, dear. Do you want to get in bed with Mommy?
6yo Child: Yes.
Mother: Here we go. That's right. Snuggle up with Mommy....you feel warm.
6yo: I don't feel good.
Mother: Just put your head on the pillow with Mommy and close your eyes. Does that feel better?
6yo: My tummy hurts.
Mother: Oh...do you feel like you're going to throw up?
6yo: No.
Mother: Okay.
6yo: BBBLLLLLLLLUUUURRRRRRRPPPPPPPP!
Mother:
6yo: BBBBBLLLLLLAAAAAAARRRRPPP!
Mother: You threw up.
6yo: I did throw up.
Mother: Twice.
6yo: I feel better now.

Nice wake up call. ;) Hope the poor kid is feeling better.
Oh, man. That totally sucks.
But the play is brilliant.
Ah, the joys of motherhood.
I read this with a British accent. It just sounds so right with a British accent.
This was brilliant. The puking, twice, in your bed, is not. Hope all is well soon.
Commenter: Does Mother feel better now? Probably not....
Sorry!
Nice.
This was Matthew back in September.
Only ... he threw up all over Joe's side.
Hee!

Okay you win. Best mother. For not shreiking.
ewwwwww.......
if that had been at my house all the mother lines would have been muffled and sleepy versions of "hmmmmmrreeeah?" until the child mentioned her tummy not feeling well, then the mother would have bolted out of bed for a garbage can.
